    Yes, I sort of finished the equipment system, and it's awesome!
    You can equip items, de-equip items, and even use the items like a weapon.
    What I mean is, you can't use a stabbing skill without your weapon equipped Wink

    Anyway,
    in the inventory you can right click on items to 'use' them.
    Like a chest piece, it when you right click, or even double click on it (with left button) it will place the item on the "chest" slot of the equipment panel. And your character will also wear...

    I finally made my 'own inventory'.
    In the last inventory, Botyto, made most of the inventory.
    This time, I coded it from scratch all by my own.
    Of course I couldn't do it without the experience I had because of Botyto's inventory,
    so he will have a nice place in the credits.

    Now first, let me show you how it works!
    The inventory is way simpler then in Dirkels Beta, but it has the same principle.

    Note that the mouse is somehow removed in the screenshots... So you don't see where to mouse is.

    It took me 2 hours of straight work, but everything went right, so I'm done with the first skill.
    Yes yes, it works perfect, just how I wanted Wink
    I've made some screens to explain how stuff work with skills which I will show soon.

    I only have one skill, but I hope I can finish another skill today too.
    Then I have to make that some skills are "locked". And so cannot be used.

    The best thing about this skill system is that I made it all myself.

    Hey all,
    I done some stuff to the HUD of Dirkels.
    I made a working health and energy bar.
    At the moment working on the skills to work.

    I still need some ideas of where to put everything,
    like, where comes the inventory? Does it come inside the HUD? Or another place like in previous Dirkels?
    I also need a spot for the stats and weapon information etc.

    Anyway, these screens will explain what I've done, and what I am planning to do...
    Note: These screens are resized by 25%, so in the actual game the things are a little bigger.

    Hey all.
    I just like to say that I'm actually making progress.

    Next to finishing the animations, I also made every body part a separate sprite now!
    This took very long.

    I now have:
    - Body+legs base (one sprite)
    - Front Arm
    - Front hand
    - Back Arm
    - Back hand
    - Head
    - Body Armor/Suit
    - Leg Armor/Suit
    - Head Armor/Suit

    All these sprites x3 for all 3 base animations Smile

    Soo, at the moment I am still thinking of what to do with Dirkels.
    Speed it up, finish it, and release it?
    Or actually do something with Dirkels, change the concept a bit, improve it, and just slowly make more versions again.

    Version 1.05 has been released, Link!
    in this version I have improved the movement.
    The movement isn't perfect yet, I saw some collision problems I still have to
    fix at the slope blogs.

    Anyway, next to the movement, I also fixed some bugs.
    The two guards can now speak again, they used to have the same npc variable, which makes them bugged with eachother.
    (the message flashed, because the variable goes up by 2, since there were 2 npc'.)

    Next to that, a big bug is fixed.

    Though, I will update it soon.
